So Many Superstars - Just One Blog!

We have soccer superstars and Sheflympic superstars in this blog!

Molly girl ready for her 1st day of soccer this year! Mols has quite the activity schedule - thanks to Auntie Beth she is doing 2 dance classes (Irish Step and Ballet for ISDancers), soccer, basketball and Brownies - we are going to be busy - and that's just one kid!

She's a superstar of a whole other kind!
Kara and Rob held the 1st Annual Sheflympics on Sunday and everyone had a blast. Things got pretty competetive with the 3-legged race and other events and in the end it was our family that swept the medal ceremony!

Auntie Jane and Ellie!

Daddy and Lizzie

Our cutie pie!

Cousins!

Lizzie got a ride!

Annie warmed up a bit!

Brigid threatened death if I posted these pictures on Facebook - but she said nothing about the blog. And BTW - I posted them on FB too!

Pete has clearly been around way too many pregnant women of late!

Snuggles!

The opening ceremonies!

Pete had fun - I swear. He just doesn't look like it!Team JapanTeam IrelandTeam - I have no idea but I do know that they won the all around gold medal! My handsome brother who happens to be celebrating a birthday today!Team SurvivorMy baby girl!Happy 40th Birthday Uncle Rob!
The birthday boy with the torch!
The Sheflympic flame! My beautiful babies!Peter and Liam won 1st place in the 3-legged race.My girl!Emily's baby girl Lily - she is becoming a Catholic on Sunday - go Lily!Auntie Kake and Joshua - my counsin Kara's baby boy!Once the Sheflympics were over the kids and I humored Bob and headed up to the Woodstock Fair - Bob loves a good fair or festival and this one was huge! It was freezing at night but we had a blast and the kids loved being there so it was worth it!My good girl - Lizzie is amazing - she hangs out in her stroller and requires nothing but food once in a while. She waved her hands at everyone walking by, babbled and smiled at the animals - such a good baby! The big kids took Annie on a train ride - I walk faster than the train rides but Ann loved it!Annie's favorite ride!We came very ill prepared for the cool night so I bought the younger kids these adorable sweaters made in Mexico for $10 each - I love them! Those eyes make my heart beat faster - how cute are our twins!Annie couldn't go on the Dumbo ride because she was too small so Peter and Molly went on it - kind of weird if you ask me!Molly loves to get her face painted and I think she looks so beautiful in these pictures! The Molly pose!Daddy and Lizzie watching the kids on the rides - I had Ellie in the sling so there aren't many pictures of her.Annie, Daddy and the big kids on their favorite ride - the rotating dragons.Annie was shivering because it got so cold but she loved every minute of it!You can't get the full effect but Ellie was so flippin cute - laughing and babbling. The kids were tired and not so impressed with the cows or the pictures. Notice the 2 year old missing from the picture - she was terrrified of the loud moooooooooo! The big kids loved the old time cars and wanted to take pictures with all of them so that Papa could see them.Mama's beautiful bliss - they are all little angels when they curl up together and go to sleep. Annie was a bit cranky when we first got in the car so Molly and Peter sang twinkle twinkle to her and she was asleep in an instant - makes a Mama's heart swell.I love my big headed baby!

We went to the beach on Labor Day but this was the only picture I took - instead I got spoiled by my mom and dad - I got lunch, read some of my book and took a two hour nap - the kids got to play on the beach, play games at the beachhouse, watch movies and spend time with their grandparents - how lucky are all of us? I'll give some updates on the kids doctor's appointments later but everyone did great other than Annie's 102 degree temperature from her Hep A shot. We were at Grammy and Papa's tonight for Uncle Ed's birthday but - horror of horrors - I forgot my camera! Just picture Ed, Patrick, uncle B and Pete, Molly, Tyler and Abby giggling incessantly thanks to the electronic fart machine that Kk got for uncle ed for his birthday! Enough said! GNM - ILY!
