The school year is almost over and the kids seem to have lots of half days and crazy schedules. Today was another half day so both kids had a play date. I love when Peter and Molly and their respective friends get together and put on plays for us. Today they all got in bathing suits and performed High School Musical 2 - I don't think we'll be charging admission any time soon but it is pretty entertaining. Auntie Beth came home this morning and the kids wanted to surprise her with something special so we rented her a room at the Marriott and had an impromptu gathering at Michaelangelo's for pizza. After pizza we all went back to the Marriott and swam - well, most of them swam - some of us sat on the side and watched and cheered alot!
Ladybug is getting so big - if only the darn binky would disappear!
Annie was so sick this week - she kept falling asleep at random times and always wanted to be covered with blankets despite the 100 degree heat! She was pathetic!
Ellie Bean is finally over her illness and back to her normal self again - Yeah!

Peter was so excited that Uncle Colin came and joined us for pizza. He can't get enough of Uncle Colin. Very cute!

Daddy yelled at Lizzie and Annie for running and they both dove into the arms of an auntie and stayed there for a good long time.

Poor Auntie Beth - the H-W's took over her room to get dressed in bathing suits and then headed down to the pool. I don't think her hotel room was ever th same. I love this picture of Peter taking his sister down to the pool. He is such a good big brother.

The second we walked into the pool area Lizzie started screaming - we have no idea why. She sat on me most of the the time but then went with Kake and hung out. I have no idea what Molly's expression was in regard to!
Beth has a nice terrace room so we decided to go back to her room via the sliding glass door in the back. The problem - Beth could not figure out how to open the door. The other problem - while Beth was trying to figure out the door we could see Peter in the background with the phone to his ear and a room service menu in his hand. He didn't end up ordering - he was just joking but we were all a little nervous for a while.

We thought Papa had brought the big kids to the lobby but Daddy soon found out that he had brought them home to his house - at 9 p.m. - 2 hours past bedtime! He dropped them off later!

Lizzie just thought she was hot stuff sitting in her own chair with her cookies!We had a blast and it was nice to get to spend time with Auntie Beth. We have a crazy weekend this weekend with Molly's dance recital and the Memorial Day Parade and then hopefully some time at the beach house with Grammy and Papa and the rest of the family. I got to see the girls rehearsing their Irish dance and I am in awe of my Molly's coordination and poise - I also love her big grin!
Auntie Kara asked me to blog again and I do anything my pregnant cousins ask for so here you go! Oh, yes, did I mention that Auntie Kara and Uncle Rob are having Baby #2? We can't wait to meet baby Macklyn or Baby Eiley (not positive about either spelling!) in January and see Reillyn become a big brother! Our family just keeps growing and we couldn't be happier!
