Pete is loving all of the attention he is getting for having a broken arm. We met with the orthopedic doc this morning and it went better than expected.
Bob was going out to get a few things and he slipped on my flip flops - when I pulled out the camera he even gave me a girlie pose!
Annie bathed in the sunlight and looking every bit the angel that she is!

Annie has taken to the elmo costume and never wants to take it off! It was kind of warm on a few of those days last week.
peter thoroughly enjoyed the visit!
Peter playing his DS while we waited for the doctor.
The doctor said that this was the best kind of fracture - it is right in the joint and on the growth plate but the joint is stable and it requires less intervention than most fractures - as long as Peter can stay away from physical activity! We'll see how that goes.
We opted for the removeable immobilizer rather than a plaster cast up to his shoulder. It is hot but lighter and easier to move around so he can keep range of motion in his shoulder. We will follow up every week for three weeks to be sure that the joint remains stable!
My boy goofing around! What a sweetie he was - answered all of the doctor's questions, was polite and happy. I was so very proud of him!
Auntie Meg and Molly made Peter a rice crispy cake - too cute!
Awwwwwwwww
How often does this happen - good thing we got a picture!
My little lovebugs! We are so happy that Peter got the absolute best report we could have hoped for. All of the prayers and wishes worked for him! And he is getting spoiled like crazy. My parents came over (to spoil their daughter by gardening for me) and they wrote a poem and made Peter his favorite cake. Kk had Cinisticks delivered for Peter and told him there were extras so he could have them for breakfast!
What a lucky kid!
