Just a litle update on Annie Bananie and her ears!

After a few sleepless nights and a runny nose that wouldn't quit Bob took Annie to the doctor yesterday for a little ear check. Turns out she has a bad ear infection in her right ear - progress for us since usually both ears are infected. This one really knocked her out - most likely because she has barely gotten over the horrible virus she got in Washington DC. Last night when Bob went to work I ended up calling in reinforcements in the form of one very wonderful Papa - Annie was inconsolable and Mommy was just NOT doing it for her! Papa rocked her, sang to her, gave her her medicine and managed to get her sleeping soundly by ten. Of course, she woke up this morning looking for her Papa! KK came over to watch a movie with me but apparently when I began snoring ten minutes in she gave up on me! As you can imagine I am about as much fun as say, oh - Annie was as she wailed for three hours last night! Good thing the 2 of us are well loved! Luckily, today Banana is feeling much better and laughing and playing as usual - yeah!

Peter and Molly both had soccer last night but I forgot my camera so let me paint you a picture. They both loves soccer but this is Molly's 1st try at a sport other than dancing so she is having a particularly great time. She had on her rainbow colored shorts and grey soccer shirt, shin guards with navy blue school socks pulled up high over them and a cow patterned headband in her hair - Are you getting the picture that Daddy was responsible for dressing Molly for soccer? The best thing about watching Molly play soccer was the big huge grin on her face the entire time she ran up and down the field. She literally beams while she runs her little heiny off the entire time. What a joy to watch - Grammy, Papa and KK would have loved it....but they couldn't find the field! Pete is equally as happy to go off to soccer but since it falls late in the day his patience and focus has run out and he needs some help staying involved in a positive way - we're working on it! Of course, you have NEVER seen a kid run so fast for so long - amazing!
