Smart babies and rainy days!

I forget how fast babies grow - how often they change and learn new things. It seems like everyday I find them doing things that I didn't know they could do! I also didn't realize what a relief it would be to have nice weather again - ahhhhh. Being outside with the kids is invigorating and they sleep so much better after some laps around the yards!
Being born in November Lizzie did not get much time outside in the fall but she is loving it now! She didn't smile much but she screeched everytime the swing went back.
Cutie Pie!

Annie and Daddy hanging out on the swings! Annie would sell her soul for a ride on the swing. She is just like her big sister - when Molly was young we used to avoid driving by the park because if she saw the swings she would scream until we stopped. Rain, Snow or sleet - Molly loved the swings!

I didn't capture it well but Lizzie tried her first pears and was less than enthralled with them!

Annie is still regressing and Daddy gave in and gave her a snack in the exersaucer!

What do you do on a rainy SAturday morning? Go for a puddle jumping walk! Annie loved the walk but was less interested in the puddles and more interested in the worms - ewww!
Big brother taking his sister for a walk!
What sweet kids I have!
Molly took a bunch of pictures - after putting a sticker on her head!
Molly taking a picture of Annie doing pretty eyes!
Pretty girl posing for her sister.

Molly took a picture of her brother reading his MLK book.
My beautiful girls!

Another one by Molly - too cute!
Annie loves holding the babies!
But when she's done - watch out - she just gives a good shove to get them off!
Lizzie figured out how to grab a toy and get it to her mouth!
Smart baby!

Look at Ellie on the couch - doesn't look like much but then...
She's going........
Going....................
Gone! Ellie rolled over! YEAH!

I was going to provide a link to Meg's engagement picture but liked this option instead. Look's like it is really happening - we have a dress and an engagement announcement - I get chills when I think about it! I can't wait for October 17, 2009!
I love when Annie wears her hair like this but she was not into the picture taking this morning - she just wanted to get to Papa and Grammy's to see Abby, Tyler and katie! Grammy and Papa are saints as they took care of 6 of 8 granchildren for the day - what's 2 more - maybe Karla and Pat and Bob and I will go out next week! Just kidding!
This is her "No more pictures, Mommy!"look! Still adorable!
Concerned look!
The kids are back at school after a long vacation! They were wonderful and Bob and I managed a few fun family outings even though we both had to work. Peter's favorite thing during vacation was going to the Air Museum with Auntie Ann and sleeping at uncle Colin's and Molly's was spending the night at Auntie Kake's with Lamaya and sleeping over at Grammy's and playing with Abby all day! Notice that Bob and I are not included in their best things from vacation - oh well, we're just the parents!
GNM - ILY!
